Morgan Prouse was born and raised in San Diego, but left behind the sleepy suburb for the big city when she was 17 and became the only millennial ever to hate avocados. In college she pursued her dreams of working in film with internships at Warner Bros. and A24 which launched her career in film publicity. She went on to work for Sony Pictures Entertainment, Annapurna Pictures, and presently, United Artists Releasing. Seven years later, she lives in Downtown Manhattan running her production company, ironically named Avocado Toast Productions.
